Han So-hee is confirmed to be dating Reply 1988 star Ryu Jun-yeol. The two are reportedly in Hawaii. Pictures of Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol on a date in Hawaii have surfaced online. The two can be seen sharing a meal together at a cafe.

Han So-hee and Ryu Jun-yeol’s relationship confirmation comes amidst controversy surrounding Ryu Jun-yeol’s ex-girlfriend Hyeri. So-hee and Hyeri have reportedly shared cryptic posts. 

Hyeri had made a cryptic post sharing a picture of Hawaii. She wrote, “This is funny!” Reacting to this, the Gyeong Seong Creature star wrote, “Explain this situation… I don’t like people who have a significant other, I don’t lead them on while saying we’re just friends, I don’t take an interest in them, I don’t develop a relationship with them, and I don’t get in the way of other people’s relationships. I like the program ‘EXchange,’ but there’s nothing like that in my life.” EXchange is the title of a Korean dating show.  

Han So-hee has since then apologised for her outburst on Instagram. She also shared that she would issue an apology to Hyeri.

Hyeri has now issued a statement that reads, “Last November, reports were published stating that my 8-year relationship was over. The decision to end our relationship wasn’t made quickly, and even after the articles were published, we spoke about further discussing our relationship. However, after that conversation, we have never spoken and have never seen each other. I think when I read the news (of his new relationship) 4 months later, I received the news as Lee Hyeri, the person rather than the actress. Again, I would like to apologize for causing harm due to my emotions.” 

She added, “The reason I have been silent on the issue is that our conversations were very personal, and I felt that they would cause more exhaustion. I again apologize to those who were confused by my silence. In the future, I will be more cautious with my words and actions.”
